Watching this series really makes you appreciate yourself for who you are and what you look like. It also gives you an opportunity to do that self reflection, that we often don’t do.
I really like it when she says that “ The Stacy I was in 2002 cannot possibly be the Stacy of 2016. Age is part of time, and does in fact change things.” It’s very hard to admit that, because we feel as though we have to wear clothing that is “appropriate” for our age and/ or gender and that’s not the case.
We can’t avoid aging but we need to embrace it whole heartedly and lovingly.
